Uttarvahini Parikrama Package. In the world, there is only one River Narmada whose parikrama is performed by devotees. There are two kinds of Parikrama: one is the full parikrama, and the other is called Uttarvahini Parikrama. The Uttarvahini Parikrama is performed over a distance of 17 km, out of which an 8 km stretch flows in the north (Uttar) direction. It starts from Rampura village. Every year, thousands of devotees participate in the Narmada Parikrama. The Gujarat Government also arranges excellent facilities for the devotees. Here are some facts:
