We went to Jessore hills (for Jessore trekking) with “Pikniks”.
Jessore Hill or Jessore Sloth bear sanctuary is in Gujarat located in between Palanpur and Mount abu (Abu road). While visiting Mount Abu, must visit this.
We had a wonderful experience with the Pikniks crew. Cab driver Mr. Bhavesh is not only a cab driver, he carries quite a knowledge on natural and historical places of Gujarat. I am glad that we promote the beauty and history of Gujarat like this. He was very cooperative throughout the trip.

We are thankful to Mr. Hardik for working our trip and connecting us to Mr. Rajendrasinh Zala – our trek guide. He had guided us very nicely through our treks with very useful information on Jessore and around. He had shared his experiences on trekking in the different parts of Gujarat. Mr. Hardik has provided us the complete time and trip information. He is very cooperative in answering the trip related questions.
We went to Jessore in the month of March, 2021 and the weather was getting dry day by day but I have to admit that there is a different beauty of dry trails in this region. The trail we did was full of boulders and small streams. Attaching a few pictures. We had started trekking around 10 am in the morning (started at 5:30 am from Ahmedabad and reached the camp site around 9:45 am). This trail is 4 km one way.

We took a lunch break and then went to Kedarnath temple in the afternoon. Even if the trail has well-constructed concrete steps, it was quite a hike especially after having lunch. When we reached the temple, there was wonderful nature with pitch orange temple full of nature and peace around. There was a nice breeze on the top and we stayed there for half an hour.
